Leaving an obligatory act requires a sacrifice slaughtered and spread in haram area in Makkah.

Doing something prohibited in most of the cases require one of three; feeding 6 poor people, fasting three days or a sacrifice

Is the fidiya to be given for leaving an obligatory part (wajib) of Hajj and the fidiya to be given for doing something prohibited in ihram are the same? Or sacrifice is the only option for leaving an obligatory part of Hajj?

I will reach Mecca on 25th and ramadan starts on 27th. So can i do my umrah on 27th so that i can avail an umrah in ramadan or i can perform 2 umrah one on 25th just as i reach there and other in ramadan? I will stay in mecca for 5 days
