You should continue reading and the best way to correct yourself would be
to listen to renowned qaris online or on your phone, this way you can
correct your mistakes in sha Allah.

Is it permissible to read the Quran even if I can’t read well? Im still practicing and I’m afraid maybe I pronounce it wrong.
