If weather does not permit you to attend the masjid, you can pray at home and lead your family in prayer. Rain that is muddy and would cause clothes to become damp and wet is a legitimate excuse for not praying in the masjid.

If there is a legitimate excuse for me to neglect going to the masjid (for example, it’s raining), is it a must to pray with my wife (or with someone else) in congregation (in my home)? Can’t I just pray alone?
