It is not mandatory to finish the whole Quran in Ramadan and it is forbidden to recite the Quran in such a fashion that it would not be understood by the worshippers. This is not why Allah ahs revealed the Quran. This brother should be advised to focus more on quality rather than the quantity.

If the women wear the proper hijab,or niqab and after prayer she go back home and try to avoid mixing with man even in streat..can she pray in the masjed?

The money one spends for feeding the fasting people during ramadan can it be accounted as zakaat?
