Sadaqa can be given to anybody. Zakat must only be given in the form of cash to the poor and needy Muslims.

Giving udhiyah(qurbani)meat to Non Muslims is permissible, especially if they are your neighbors.

As for the distribution, the recommended one is to divide it into 3 parts; one for charity, one as a gift and the other part is to be eaten.

Is it allowed to give Sadaqa or Zakat to poor non Muslims? What about Qurbani?
