No, you must not give them candies or anything as this would be celebrating with them in their haram celebration. 

Is it allowed for me to buy candies/chocolates to give to children who come for trick or treat during Halloween? They ring my doorbell and I do not want to turn them away empty handed. Would like to know the Islamic ruling on this.
