If a woman claims rape, she has to provide the 4 witnesses. If she doesn’t have these 4 witnesses, the judge must look for evidences while using the forensic testings and what help proves who attacked her. To imprison her is not logical and it isn’t fare if she is the one who was attacked.

In pakistan, if a woman cannot produce four male witnesses present at the time of her rape, she be imprisoned based on Hudood Ordinance and Shariah Law.
