This is not permissible at all as it’s an innovation. There’s nothing to be done while building the house.

In our village, there is a custom among people before building a new house. Before the foundation of the house is built, four people will stand in four corners of the land where the house is supposed to be built and they will give adhan with the belief that it will provide protection to the people of the household. Is it according to the sunnah?
