When you are forced to do this by law and you would be a felony if you don’t do that, in this case it is permissible.

In our non islamic country,it is a must to ensure vehicles and to have medical insurance and to have a social security fund where we pay some amount every month and that money is kept in the central bank and it is used to pay you pensions after retirement.And it is mandatory by law to have a president’s potrait in all offices or shops..Is it a sin on us if we have no choice?
