You should not give money to these people as mostly they are professional beggars. 

Give your charity to deserving poor and needy Muslims in your family or acquaintances or send it to our brethren in Syria, Burma, Palestine etc. 

In a nearby masjid where muslim men come to pray there 5 daily prayers, At the entrance in right hand side there sits two women, one is around 60 years of age and other is young with a baby in her lap.(wears hijab showing her eyes hand and feet) Is it okay for women to sit there for money & charity as pe give them money If No what can i do please guide
