You must avoid answering it in kufr unless you put w statement next to
it stating that you don’t agree with it as a disclaimer.

In a language test they ask question types such as ‘fill in blanks’,’complete the scentence’, ‘what does this scentence most likely mean’ based on a passage(a portion or section of a written work). Sometimes these passages are full of kufr in it. Does answering these types of question make a person an apostate?
