You must try and wait to pray it before getting on the van. If there is no way to do that and you can’t make them stop to pray on the way, you must pray it on time while sitting in the van, unless the distance is a traveling distance. In this case, you can combine it with isha once you arrive. 

I’m working in a industrial remote area which they provide transportation. As magrib tym is getting earlier now, I will be in the van when adhan will be given, towards october end If I wait until to get my stop to pray I will be missing the magrib prayer tym. What shall I do in the situation?
