You should tell your mother that this is a major sin and that this money must be given in means of charity and that she can’t keep it.

I’m having a problem which I dont know how to solve. I got a phone call yesterday informing me about my mother winning a prize in lottery. As far as I know, lottery is not accepted in Islam. So, my question is should I inform my mother about this? And they also told me to collect the prize, my mother would have to show my phone to them. So, should I give her my phone?
