I’m a student living in the UK. At college I try lower my gaze from other females unless necessary, even if they’re my teachers or my previous teachers. But what if i say hello to them when they see that I’ve seen them? If i don’t say anything then they’ll think that I’m being rude. So what must i do oh sheikh? I’m very worried that by doing this, i’m doing more harm than good.

Let them say what they say and think what they think! You must not talk to them unless it is a must.
