This is known as mathi and it is najis and requires washing and performing wudhu.

If the first water of men’s penis(which is very light, sticky & water coloured) came out for any reason, is shower mandatory for it or I have to just wash the place. If the liquid stick with the clothes, do I need to change the dress for salah?
