One must take the necessary means to save his life. He must be rescued by
doctors, then do ruqya for him. It is like a person in a burning house. You
won’t do ruqya for him while being burnt alive but rather you would try to
get him out first and extinguish the fire.

If someone is taken out of water after being drown For a while can you do ruqya on him/her to save his/her life?

If i go to a practising raqi or sheikh to have ruqya for evil eye , constant head ache etc.???and he blows in zamzam water and asks me to drink it or spray it in my house or around my bed ..is this all permissible in islam to go to raqi and spray that water ????
