ANSWER:

If you forgot the date of zakat, you must try to estimate it and deduct few weeks or days just to be safe. You must appoint that date in the Hijra calendar. 

If one forgets exactly when the money reached the nisaab, when should one give Zakaat? I think the nisaab reached in the month of September, but don’t know the exact date.
