1) is it ok if i pray outside in the courtyard, as there is no space inside the massjid?
2) And is it ok if I perform tawaf or Umrah while having an intention of i’tikaaf?

The least time of I’itikaf is one day and one night. You can pray outside the masjid due to the crowd. It is permissible to perform Umrah while in the I’itikaf as it is a form of worship.

If I want to do i’tikaaf in the masjid al haraam for a couple of hours like from ishaa to tahajjud salah till 3am….
