ANSWER:

If you don’t recite fateha in the first two rakahs of loud prayers behind the imam, there’s no problem in this. 

However, if it’s a silent rakah or silent prayer then you must recite the fateha on your own.

If i deliberately skip the reciting of surah behind imam while i join the imam from the beginning. Is my Salah valid. Or i have recite fatiha behind Imam.
