ANSWER:

If it is in front of you, walk to it. But if it is in front of someone else, don’t do that as this is his responsibility and you may walk there and half way he moves forward. 

If I am praying in Jama’ah in the Masjid and I notice a clear spot in the row in front, can I move there whilst praying? What about if I have to walk in front of another person praying to get there?
