The issue of repentance is between him and Allah as He alone is the Judge.

To us, he is indeed Khabeeth and no one should give him their daughter or sister in marriage until he is truly repented from such filth.

If a person commits adultory and every time he repents and seeks forgiveness of Allah, but after somedays he again indulge in the same sin, but he is always repentant and do toba. Is that person comes under the heading of khabees?? he offers his prayers 5 times a day and every time repents for his sins.
