Being in contact with such a person is sinful as he is a kafir and he is a non mahram.

A Muslim woman is not this cheap! If this man is bargaining to become Muslim in order to marry you, this means that he is not serious and all what he want is to get what he wants from you and then leave you and return to his religion.

If he is serious, he must accept Islam regardless whether you will marry him or not.

You must repent to Allah and show remorse over contacting such a person.

I would like to ask, I am a female and a non-muslim male wants to marry me. He is willing to convert and learn islam and be a muslim, will his proposal be valid to be accepted in islam marriage?
