If you don’t have any mahrams to take you, you are exempt from making Hajj and umrah. 

You must not travel without a mahram even for hajj. 

What the governments say or legislate doesn’t overwrite what Prophet salla Allahu aliaihi wa sallam ordered and he ordered that women cannot travel alone without a male mahram. 

I was informed from saudi embassy that women without mahram can enter saudi alone after they turn 45.can i perform umrah or hadj alone when i turn 45?i am a female living alone without any mahrams help or family members help.please make dua for my family and me.
