ANSWER:

Animals know Allah and worship Him. However, there isn’t anything to prove that they also know Islam and the Prophet salla Allahu aliahi wa sallam as he was sent to the humans and the jinn only. 

I wanted to know, do the animals know who Allah is, and about our Prophet?
