If the marriage contract was done but the dowry or mahar was not paid, this doesn’t affect the marriage as it is a debt with the husband.

They are
legally married and he can be with her in her parents’ house.

I want to ask if one hasn’t yet paid the dowry can he visit his wife in her parent’s house?
