This is not permissible. You must give the zakat away immediately and not save it.

I want to accumulate part of our zakat money yearly for the purpose of buying a small house for a poor lady who has been abondoned by her husband and has 3 kids.she is working as housemaid in my farther in law house in india.is it permissible
