Go to the nearest Islamic center and hangout there and get to know the muslims and be with them. Look in your university for righteous practicing muslims and hangout with them as well.

Sheikh I have health issues but despite that I study so hard and always start studying earlier but always get average grades. There is this other other girl and she doesnt work as hard yet ends up getting ‘A’s everytime. On top of that she is way more in deen as well than myself. So I get so jealous of her she gets everything with little effort and she is able to do more ibadah. Advise me.
