If you are able to swap the shift and it is legal, then this will be better, but if this is not possible, then you can do other kinds off worship while you work , for example, you can do thikr, istighfar, read quran from your memory, and make duaa, and if you have time to pray then this will be good, also you are rewarded for working.

 

I started new job, they only had a night shift, i will be working for roughly 80% of the night. It will be like this for 5 of the last 10 nights. Should i do my best to swap my shift with a person on a day shift such as giving them money to swap with me, or can i get the same benefit of 83+ yrs if i had sincere intention of worshipping the whole night, but my work stopped me?
