There is no dua for making wudhu; you only say “Bismillah” before you
start.
If there is a toilet in the washing area, you have to say it in your
mind, without making sound or moving your lips. As for the Duaa
afterwards, you should say it outside.

I make wudu in the bathroom, where there’s a toilet, so I say the dua for wudu in my head. Then when leave, I say it again. Is this correct?

If i had not used toilet,Can i start my wudhu from only rinsing my mouth? I mean,if one had made wudhu before and then passes wind, does he have to make wudhu with taharah(istinja) or he can start from only rinsing his mouth n onwards?
