ANSWER:

Rizq is in Allah’s hands, He will give to whom He will and deprive whom He will. It is true that Allah had made some deeds means of increasing your provision such as performing umrah and hajj frequently and connecting to your kinship. However, such deeds are part of your destiny and are also written in the preserved tablet. 

I know that our rizq is fixed But I heard that some good deeds(serving parents etc.) increase our rizq while some sins(zina etc.)decrease it. Does rizq depends upon Amaal I see many non practicing Muslims are rich
