High heels are the ones that changes your walk and posture and you risk falling when walking with them. These are forbidden.

I just want to know and be clear what is considered a high heel. Because i have flat shoes that have about one inch thick sole in the part of the heel. Is this a high heel?and if not how thick does the sole of the shoe has to be to considered a high heel.
