What counts is the time of standing. Therefore, those standing must have their chairs behind the chairs of those sitting by about a foot or so. When they are standing, they must be in line with those sitting but which means that when they sit for sujood, their chairs would be behind and they will sit a bit behind the women sitting down from the beginning of the prayer. 

I heard your infirmative video on how to read Salah while sitting on a chair whether at home or in mosque. My question is if 4 to 6 ladies read at home or in mosque and if 2 sit and read full salah sitting and 2 read standing but only at time of sizda and till completion of salah they read sitting. So what should be position of chairs?
