ANSWER:

It is not mandatory to give those who ask us for the sake of Allah if they are not really needy and we have something to give. The majority of these beggars are professionals. 

I heard that if someone ask something from me by telling, “please give me money for the sake of Allah”, then I must give him something. Is this true? If yes, there are some beggers in front of mosque who beg by saying this constantly in every waqt. Should I give him in every time he asks?
