ANSWER:

Though the voice of a woman is not an awrah, reciting it like this on public platforms or in front of non mahrams is not permissible. 

I have seen clips of women reciting Quran to Sheikh *****, ******** ***** in tv programs to correct their Tajweed. Is this allowed? If yes, is it because women’s voice is not awrah?
