Nothing wrong in that reply as you are thanking Allah for your condition.

I have observed that when a muslim meets another muslim and asks ‘how are you’ or ‘what about you’. The other person replies as ‘Alhumdulillah’. I want to ask that is this a sunnah/recommend/good way to reply.
