This is elementary! We order men to lower their gaze even when women are
covering their faces!

I have listened to your talks and many other talks talking about wearing hijab by women would avoid many unnecessary things. But in Quran first command was for men to lower their gaze….and I suppose if scholars say more about this and men practicing this… much more can be achieved.
