I have been asked by my wife’s parents to fetch them from a bid’ah ceremony (katam), which they attend, and I have refused them categorically, by stating that I can’t help them because they participated in Bid’ah. Am I right or wrong? An urgent reply please.

Taking them to that place is prohibited. Picking them up seems permissible as the bid’ah is over.
