Your postnatal bleeding should last for no more than 40 days. this means that you should have waited until the 6th of October unless you had seen your purity which is identified by the white thread like discharge or by complete dryness.

Therefore, if you had seen you purity on the 1st, what you have done is OK and you should not pay any attention to the yellow discharge.

I had a baby on 26th august. After that i suspected my bleeding stopped on 1st oct, so i began praying & my husband & i had intimate relations. But since 3rd oct i’m having a discharge which is yellow. I don’t know if i should still be praying?
