If these medications are haram, you must not facilitate them or assist in
prescribing them.
The problem is that so many people may consider some medications prohibited due to their ignorance when they are not!

I dont think my question was clear enough. I am asking if it is ok for me to work in a profession where I am required to hand medical prescriptions over to patients that the doctor has prescribed because there are many medicines which contain haram substances. Am I facilitating something haram?
