ANSWER: 

Worrying so much shows your lack of trust and reliance upon Allah the Almighty. You must work on strengthening your iman by abstaining from sins and offering a lot of good deeds. Perform Ruqyah on water and drink a lot from it and you will feel better in a few days, in sha Allah.

I continuously suffer from worry and anxiety which prevents me from every happiness and it increases when i am away from home,hence spend all the time in tension at in laws home though my husband is loving and caring.
