ANSWER:

You can go to the masjid and pray. But if you pray home because you are a traveler, this is permissible.

If you pray in the congregation, behind a local Imam, you must follow him and pray full. 

I be traveling soon to another city about 200kms journey inn shaa Allah, my salah be a travelers prayer but there so many masajid there, so when the adhan is called which can hear it ofcourse, do I join the congregation or pray the travelers prayer?
