If this is the case, you may get married only to a good practicing Muslim even if they refuse and your wali would become the Muslim judge.

I am turning 30 and my parents have refused every suitor I bring home for the past 4 years because he is not the same tribe as me and sworn my marriage will never work out and will have an unpeaceful home if married to another man outside our tribe even if he is dead. Please advice me according to sunnah , would I be wrong if I go ahead and get married without their blessings ?
