ANSWER:

If you are a woman, you must give zakat on the gold you have even if you have to sell some of it.

I am having gold which is above nisab level( given by my inlaws) but i dont have income atleast to run my family. I gather amount from my family so that i can fulfil basic needs and beyond that my parents have to help me. now what is my option in giving zakath
