As long as you are alive, this would be a gift and you have to give equally to your offspring.

But if you are talking about after your death, this is not up to you and this is up to the Islamic law in distributing the inheritance.

The daughters in law have no share in it but you have the right to write a will giving not more than on third to anyone who wouldn’t inherit you like your daughters in law.

i am 75year old want to distribute my inheritance “X” amount among 1)wife 2)son 3)daughter inlaw 4)first daughter 5)second daughter and 6)third daughter.

If the property of a deceased person is divided amongst heirs much much after their demise & one of his daughters passes away (such that she passes away much after the passing away of parents), will her share go her heirs? Or will they not have any share? Seems unfair if they can’t esp if she dies much after the death of her parents & if the bros didn’t give her share to her while she was alive.
