If one doesn’t feel regret or remorse, his repentance is not accepted. 

How to ask forgiveness sincerely with so much regret that they committed a sin..? if they dont feel sadness or regret that they committed such and such but they want to feel sadness and regret that they committed such and such a sin and they want to ask forgiveness from ALLAH very sincerely with so much regret and sadness for what they did..how can they do this?

Is it true that when a calamity falls upon a muslim. Such as sorrow, grief, sickness and financial difficulties etc. Each of his sins will be erased and good deeds will be written on his account till he reaches Allah without any sins if Allah wills it.
