ANSWER:

There’s no difference at all in the way men and women pray. Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said,”Pray as you have seen me praying.” He did not say this only to men, this was for both men and women.

As for prostration it is not permissible to prostrate while placing your elbows on the ground as Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam forbade this position which resembles a dog sitting. 

How should a female prostrate in salah?Is it same as men do? Because where I live, male and female do slightly different Prostration as in a female doesn’t lift her elbows .so there are some differences in a male and a female prostration.I want to know the most correct way of doing sujood.
