Here in India land BROKERS follow one technique. They make an arrangement with land owner. The contract format is like, the broker pay the owner (for example)10 million but he will sell to higher price according to his marketing skills. Brokers pay an advance of nominal amount and sell it to 3rd party with higher profit. Here the land owner gets lower amount and does not know the real market value. Is this allowed?
