ANSWER:

The best place for dua in salah is in the sujood of your prayers or right before making Tasleem. However, the last third of the night is a place of Duaa and hence you can make Duaa after tahajjud or witr without any problem.

Can we ask dua in tahjood after da salah ie;after salaam or even in tahjood we have to ask our personal dua after da tashahood (before salaam)?
