ANSWER:

You pay the zakat over what a full lunar year finished which is the one lakh.
However, it is best if you unite the date for all what you have whether it came a year ago or few months ago as keeping track with which came when is difficult if not impossible. 

Firstly thank u so much for replying my queries, Allah bless you.I heard that condition of paying zakat is the custody of amount 1 lunar year.like in last Ramadan I had 1lakh and in this ramzan few months back I collected some amount and now is 1.4 lakh ,so I will pay zakah on 1lakh as this amount I had for whole year.Am I right?
