ANSWER:

You must not take too much time, recite normally and you can take a few seconds to say the salam after the Imam says Salam on both sides, but you should not exceed that. 

During taraweeh, fard prayers, witr, eid prayer, etc. any prayers with imam. Can we take our time reciting the last tashahud even when the imam already did salam, or I should not take my time reciting and I must recite a little bit faster without missprouncing the words and try to catch the salam and finish with imam?

Sheikh, while praying salah if we complete one rakat by reciting ayat-ul-kursi only, after surah fatiha then is that okay? We heard many people saying that one have to recite at least three ayah after surah fatiha otherwise the salat is invalid. Please help to clear up the confusion.
